2018 Election Ballots Are Out

Election 2018 ballots must be returned in the mail by Tuesday, October 30; otherwise, members will need to take their ballots to the nearest dropoff point by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day, Nov. 6. Members can find their nearest dropoff point in Your Voter Guide. We encourage you to get your ballots in mail as soon as possible.

CEA Recommendations

Bipartisan groups of CEA members interviewed candidates and reviewed ballot issues across the state to form CEA’s candidate and ballot issue recommendations. We are proud to stand with candidates who stand with educators and to support issues that support or impact public education. Here is a full state list of those recommendations.

Here are a list of campaign websites that align to CEA’s board-adopted positions on statewide ballot measures:

Yes On Amendment 73       No On Amendment 74

No On Proposition 109       Yes On Proposition 111

Yes on Amendment Y&Z     Yes On Amendment A

CEA has not taken a position on any ballot issue not listed.
